In light of the increased risk of COVID-19 community transmission we have made some changes to the way we operate.

• BOOKING APPOINTMENTS: We have instructed all staff to ask questions about respiratory symptoms (eg. fever, dry cough, shortness of breath, travel history). For respiratory cases these will be screened and an appointment will be allocated depending on symptoms and a telephone appointment may be more appropriate.
• ATTENDING APPOINTMENTS: You cannot approach the surgery without a prior appointment and will be asked to return to your car / home and contact the surgery via phone. Please sit > 2 meters apart from other patients in the waiting area and do not arrive too early for appointments.
• PHONE CONSULTATIONS: As face to face appointments may neither be necessary or appropriate we can facilitate chargeable phone consultations at a set time.
• PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS: Please make sure to leave adequate time to have prescriptions filled.
• CERTS: We can arrange to email work certs and have moved to using online social welfare certificates.
